We are a mother son team in Hong Kong (HK), teaching each other new things in diverse fields such as baking, cooking ,painting ,blogging .We love to experiment for ourselves and hence are self taught. That is why we coined the term maniacs for ourselves, because we are Obsessed ..... :)

Everything we make is individually made to your specifications and everything is freshly baked in our kitchen using the finest ingredients - Valrhona Chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, Organic Chocolate, Organic Butter, Organic Eggs, Organic Flour, Organic Milk

We make all kinds of birthday and celebration cakes, cupcakes, cookies...etc

My interest in baking was sparked when we used to bake together in our holidays, and later when I used to help my mum during her kids cooking classes where I was introduced to the art of baking. And before you know it I am now teaching her new things.
